What to Check in the First Week

Make the first week useful even if traffic is still small.
Find missing answers
Look for questions the AI could not answer clearly.
Add one short answer at a time. The first week is about learning what customers actually ask.
Look for repeated doubts
If several customers ask about the same thing, that topic may need a clearer answer, sign, menu note, or button.
Repeated questions are useful because they show where customers are unsure.
Improve one thing, then watch again
Do not rewrite everything at once. Improve one answer, one QR placement, or one button.
Then watch whether the same question becomes less common.
