Teaching your AI
What to Tell Your AI
Add the answers customers ask for most, written in the words they actually use.
Give the AI clear answers it can use right away.
Use short sections, not one long paragraph
Write one small section for each topic: hours, location, menu, price, booking, parking, delivery, refund policy, and common questions.
A short section is easier for the AI to find and easier for you to update later.
Use customer words
Write the way customers ask. If they say booking, appointment, open now, parking, menu, near me, or English service, include those words.
This helps the AI connect a customer's question to the right answer.
Keep private information out of chat
Do not ask customers to type payment details, medical details, passwords, or ID numbers into the public chat.
For anything private, tell them the safe next step: call, email, book a visit, or speak to staff.
Quick checklist
- Did you include hours, location, price, and main services?
- Each topic has its own short section?
- The text uses words customers would actually type?
- Sensitive information is not requested in chat?
- A safe next step is provided for private questions?
