Getting started
Create Your First AI Employee
Start small: add the basics, share it with a QR code or link, then improve it from real customer questions.
Create a simple AI, share it, and improve it with customer questions.
Choose one question first
Do not start with a long company introduction. First, choose one question customers ask all the time. Good examples are hours, price, location, booking, menu, parking, and how to contact you.
Your first version does not need to know everything. It only needs to answer the questions that stop customers from taking the next step.
Add your business name and hours in the first popup
When the first popup appears on the AI creation page, enter your business name and opening hours. RealLink AI uses that information to fill in the AI name and the first explanation for you.
After the popup closes, add a little more: what you sell, who it is for, what makes it different, where customers can book, and the questions you hear again and again.
Publish first, then improve from real questions
Do not wait until everything feels perfect. Put the QR code or link on a business card, menu, sign, flyer, social profile, website, or in-store notice and let people try it.
When visitors start asking questions, the analytics page shows what they care about and where they pause. The easiest workflow is: start small, collect real questions, add missing answers, and repeat.
Quick checklist
- Is the business name clear?
- Did you include hours, location, and contact method?
- Is the main product or service explained?
- Did you add booking, phone, email, or website buttons?
- The public link or QR code works well on a phone?
