Write short answers customers can understand before they visit, book, or buy.

Use the names customers see
Use the same product, menu, package, or service names that customers see on your sign, menu, website, brochure, or package.
Avoid internal names that only your team understands.
Include the details that affect a decision
For food, include ingredients, portion, price, availability, allergies if relevant, and whether booking is needed.
For services, include who it is for, what is included, how long it takes, price range if possible, and the next step.
Keep temporary offers separate
If an offer has an end date, write the date clearly.
When the offer ends, remove or update that section so the AI does not give customers old information.
