QR and link usage
Add Your AI QR Code to Cards, Menus, and Signs
Place the QR code where customers already look, then tell them why to scan it.
Help customers open the AI chat without confusion.
Put it where people already stop
Good places are business cards, menus, table tents, signs, brochures, packaging, manuals, receipts, and store-front notices.
The best spot is usually close to the question. Put a menu QR near menu questions, a parking QR near parking guidance, and a support QR near product instructions.
Tell people why to scan
A QR code alone is easy to ignore. Add a short line such as "Ask our AI about hours, menu, and booking" or "Scan for product help in your language."
That short line gives customers a reason to use it.
Test it like a real customer
Print the QR code at the final size, scan it with a phone, and send one simple question.
If the code is on a sign or package, test it from the same distance a customer will use.
Quick checklist
- Is the qR code placed near a real customer question?
- A short reason to scan is written next to it?
- Is the code tested at the final printed size?
- The customer-facing AI chat opens well on a phone?
- The first answer helps the customer take the next step?
