Getting started

Choose the First Job for Your AI

Pick one useful job before trying to teach everything.

What this helps you do

Start with a clear first use case that customers will actually use.

Do not start with everything

A new AI does not need to answer every possible question on day one.

Choose one job first: answer hours, explain the menu, guide booking, explain a product, show directions, or collect common questions.

Match the job to where the QR code appears

A QR code on a menu should help with menu questions. A QR code on a business card should explain the service and help people contact you.

When the QR placement and AI role match, customers understand what to do faster.

Write the greeting around that job

The first greeting should tell customers what this AI is good at.

For example: "Ask about today’s menu, opening hours, booking, or parking."

Quick checklist

  • One first customer question is chosen?
  • The first job matches the QR placement?
  • The first greeting explains what customers can ask?
  • Is the most useful next-action button visible?
  • Is the customer-facing AI chat tested on a phone?
