If login, links, chatbot, theme, or payment feels wrong, check the simple things first.

Find the most common fix before contacting support.

If the page looks old or mixed-language

Log out, refresh the page, and open it again. If it still looks wrong, try a private browser window.

If the private window looks correct, the old browser may have stored an outdated language or page state.

If the customer-facing AI chat will not open

Check whether the chatbot is live, private, or limited by open hours.

Then test the public link on a phone and in a private browser window.

If payment or subscription status looks wrong

Wait a short moment and refresh the account page. Payment webhooks can take a little time to update the status.

If the status still looks wrong, send support your account email, chatbot name, and payment or subscription ID if you have it.
