Before canceling, check customer-facing AI chat links, printed QR codes, active subscriptions, pending refunds, and any customer-facing materials that still point to the AI.
If a QR code is printed on signs, cards, menus, or packaging, plan what customers should see after the service stops.
Save what you may need later
Export or copy useful customer questions, settings, notes, and business records you may need for operations, tax, refund, dispute, or legal reasons.
Some payment and account records may need to be kept for business or legal purposes.
Understand refund and cancellation status
A cancellation, refund request, active subscription, dispute, or pending payment may affect when account closure can be completed.
